I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.

I don't accept cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders

• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Shipping

At this time I do not ship internationally. Within the US I ship to all 50 states, Washington, DC, and US territories like Puerto Rico

Orders will ship standard packaging via USPS Ground Advantage within 1-5 business days from the date of payment with a 4-6 day delivery window.

Should you need the item sooner please ask for Priority Mail prior to ordering.

Special orders will take more time and will depend on the special order. We can discuss the shipping time of your special order during the order process.

Gift Giving

If you're purchasing an item as a gift, a hand written note can be included at no extra cost. Special packaging is also available for a small charge.
